Lynn Abbey (innate 1st January 1948) is an American author. Innate inside Peekskill, New York, she began publishing in 1979 with the novel Girl of the Bright Moon & a short story "The Face of Chaos," a share of the Thieves World shared-world anthology. She received early encouragement from Gordon R. Dickson. In the 1980s she married Robert Asprin and became his co-editor on the Thieves World books. It divorced within 1993 and Abbey moved to Oklahoma City. She continued to write novels, two original works & tie-linkup to Role Playing Games for TSR. Within 2002, she returned to Thieves Globe by having a novel Sanctuary & too began editing recently anthologies, beginning by owning Turning Points.
